Enrolment Procedure


Contact the school for an information package and Application Form, either by phone, email, downloading it from below or drop in after 3 pm Monday – Friday.

Return the Application Form by email or post, along with paying the Application Fee.

The $40 application fee can be forwarded by cheque or a direct deposit with your child’s name. Banking details are on the bottom of the Application Form.

You will receive a confirmation of your application and be invited to come in with your child to meet with the preschool director. We will email you or you can collect from the school, Enrolment Forms that you will need to bring completed to this meeting, along with your child’s Birth Certificate and a copy of your child’s up-to-date Medicare Immunisation printout from the MyGov website or a Medicare office. If your child has seen any early intervention specialists such as: speech therapists, occupational therapists, child psychologist etc, please bring along reports. If your child has a medical action plan, please bring along a copy.

At this meeting the director will look over your child’s enrolment information, discuss with you how we can best support the needs of your child, along with looking at the availability of places.

Your child’s name will be added to the enrolment list for your preferred program and you will be offered a place – If no places are available in your chosen program you will be placed on a waiting list and enrolled in your second preference until a space becomes available.

After being offered a place you will be required to complete an Acceptance of Enrolment Form, requiring a bond payment of $200 (low income) or $400. This bond is fully refundable with one terms written notice of your intent to leave the preschool or when your child finishes at preschool and moves on to primary school. Any outstanding fees will be taken from the bond prior to refunds being made.

Upon receipt of the bond and Acceptance of Enrolment you will be given confirmation of your child’s enrolment and a start date and an orientation date, which is usually the day before they are due to start. You will be emailed a link to our Preschool Handbook and Code of Ethics prior to our orientation meeting. Please take the time to look over the handbook prior to the meeting.
